Ferrari has officially unveiled the interior of its all-new electric model, the Luce, designed by LoveFrom—the creative studio founded by former Apple design chief Jony Ive. The cabin masterfully blends Ferrari’s iconic racing heritage with modern minimalist technology. The steering wheel pays homage to the 1960s Nardi racing style and features only six physical buttons arranged in a clean, uncluttered layout. The instrument cluster consists of two Samsung OLED screens flanking a central mechanical needle; upon startup, an animation mimics a mechanical self-check sequence, delivering an aviation-inspired visual experience. Below the central infotainment screen sits an aluminum crossbar, enhancing operational stability on rough roads. Frequently used functions—such as climate fan speed—retain tactile rotary dials, complemented by refined circular UI elements. The start-up sequence and launch control mode emphasize the fusion of electronic and mechanical elements, heightening the sense of driving ritual. Through a retro-futuristic design language, the Luce articulates Ferrari’s aesthetic response to the electric era.
