In his New Year message, Geely Auto Group CEO Gan Jiayue stated that the company will move away from cutthroat internal competition and instead focus on technology, quality, brand, service, and corporate ethics to drive sustainable, high-quality growth. He announced that by 2025, Geely aims to achieve a customer repurchase rate of 23% and increase its new energy vehicle (NEV) penetration rate ninefold. Currently, the average transaction price across Zeekr’s entire lineup exceeds RMB 530,000, with the Zeekr 009 averaging over RMB 630,000—securing the top spot in sales among large SUVs priced above RMB 500,000. Meanwhile, the Galaxy series has maintained its position as China’s best-selling domestic-brand fuel-powered vehicle for nine consecutive years. To win its “Five Major Battles,” Geely plans to fully implement an 800V platform across the Galaxy brand by 2026, enabling plug-in hybrid models to achieve pure electric ranges exceeding 200 kilometers. Additionally, in the first half of this year, Geely will launch the world’s first i-HEV intelligent dual-motor hybrid technology powered by “AI Cloud Powertrain,” delivering fuel consumption as low as 3 liters per 100 kilometers.
