On March 2, XPeng officially launched the 2026 XPeng X9 all-electric model, offering five variants priced from RMB 309,800 to RMB 369,800. All trims come standard with an 800V high-voltage platform and a 5C ultra-fast-charging AI battery, delivering a maximum CLTC range of 750 km and a combined energy consumption of 15.9 kWh per 100 km. Additionally, XPeng introduced the 1602 Ultra SE extended-range variant at RMB 321,800. Technologically, the entire lineup is equipped with the Turing chip (delivering up to 2,250 TOPS of computing power) and the second-generation VLA "Personal Driver" system, enhancing AI-assisted driving capabilities by over 10 times. The exterior retains the floating roof design, with the rear emblem capable of illuminating in sync with the full-width taillights. Inside, the cabin features a 17.3-inch central touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, offering seating configurations from four to seven seats. Standard appointments include Nappa leather upholstery and zero-gravity seats. The chassis integrates an intelligent dual-chamber air suspension, six hydraulic bushings, and active rear-wheel steering, along with RNC (Road Noise Cancellation) active noise reduction technology. Launch purchase benefits include lifetime warranty coverage for the battery, motor, and power electronics; a cabin upgrade package; financial/optional equipment credits; trade-in subsidies; and, for repeat buyers, an annual electricity card worth 1,500 kWh for six consecutive years.
