At its recent shareholders' meeting, Hyundai Mobis announced plans to increase the share of its sales to non-affiliated automakers to 40% by 2033, aiming to reduce its reliance on Hyundai Motor and Kia (which together accounted for approximately 75% of its sales in 2025). In 2025, the company achieved a record-high consolidated revenue of KRW 61.1 trillion. Orders from non-affiliated customers reached USD 9.17 billion, exceeding its original target by 123%. These orders primarily came from North America and Europe and included high-value-added products such as battery systems, HMI (human-machine interface) systems, chassis modules, and audio systems. For 2026, Hyundai Mobis has set a target of USD 11.84 billion in orders from non-affiliated customers, representing an increase of about 30%. To support this strategy, the company is expanding its R&D and production facilities in North America, Europe, China, and India, and has established automotive semiconductor and software R&D centers in Silicon Valley, USA, and India to strengthen its global supply capabilities.
