Amid ongoing tensions linked to the Iran conflict, Ferrari and Maserati have suspended most vehicle deliveries to the Middle East. Ferrari stated that only a limited number of vehicles are still being delivered via air freight, while Maserati has temporarily halted shipments due to logistical and security concerns. Although the Middle East accounts for approximately 4.6% of Ferrari’s global sales—limiting the direct impact—the company’s share price still fell nearly 5%, bringing its year-to-date decline to 13%. Shares of Stellantis, Maserati’s parent company, also dropped more than 3%. Bentley has similarly paused shipments, citing a noticeable decline in local demand. Luxury automotive specialist Mansory has not fully suspended operations but faces soaring air freight costs, now three to four times higher than normal. Analysts note that geopolitical risks are increasingly undermining logistics and market confidence for luxury car brands in the Middle East.
