In response to user feedback that the new-generation Xiaomi SU7 has a "softer chassis," Xiaomi Auto officially stated that the vehicle offers multiple driving modes. The Standard and Pro trims come with three modes—Eco, Comfort, and Sport—while the Max trim adds an additional "Sport+" mode. All variants also support two customizable driving modes, allowing users to fine-tune chassis firmness according to their preferences. The new SU7 Pro and Max models are equipped with closed-type dual-chamber air springs and CDC (Continuous Damping Control) variable dampers, delivering a 42% difference in suspension stiffness between Comfort and Sport modes—effectively balancing ride comfort and dynamic handling. Additionally, the new model boasts impressive range performance, with multiple media outlets reporting outstanding real-world test results, achieving up to 892 km (98.9% range attainment rate). All trims come standard with a 4D millimeter-wave radar, LiDAR, and a computing chip offering 700 TOPS of processing power. The first batch of customer deliveries will take place at a handover ceremony in Shenzhen on March 23 at 10:00 AM, where Lei Jun and Su Bingtian will engage with attendees on-site.
