The all-new Li Auto L9 Livis made its official debut at the Beijing Auto Show, with a manufacturer-suggested retail price of RMB 559,800. The vehicle is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of this year and is positioned as the “industry’s first flagship model for the embodied intelligence era,” aiming to transform intelligent vehicles from “passive tools” into “proactive service agents.” The new model features three world-first technologies: it is the first vehicle under RMB 600,000 to be equipped with an 800V fully active suspension system, enabling precise control of body posture; it debuts the world’s first “complete” drive-by-wire chassis, integrating steer-by-wire, four-wheel steering, and fully electric mechanical braking (EMB); and it is powered by two self-developed 5-nanometer “Mach 100” chips, delivering a total computing power of 2,560 TOPS, complemented by a 360-degree quad-directional LiDAR system to support advanced intelligent driving and multimodal interaction. Exterior-wise, the new L9 retains the original model’s seamless Star Ring light strip and grille-less front fascia. It features a dual-tone paint scheme achieved through a triple-layer painting process and hand-polished, step-free finishing, creating a “continuous dual-tone design with an independent character line.” In terms of proportions, the vehicle rides on 22-inch tires with a width of 285 mm and adopts a short front overhang and long rear overhang layout. The previous “Dolphin Nose” design has been replaced by a more aggressive, sloping front end, paired with broader D-pillars and a higher hood to enhance its premium presence. Details such as retractable electric running boards and roof character lines further blend technological sophistication with practicality.
