At the 2026 Beijing International Auto Show, Porsche officially unveiled its first all-electric Cayenne Turbo model and announced its official manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the Chinese market. The new vehicle is available in two variants—the Cayenne Turbo and the Cayenne Turbo Coupé—with prices ranging from RMB 1,118,000 to RMB 1,158,000. Exterior-wise, the vehicle adopts Porsche’s all-electric family design language, featuring the brand’s signature four-segment LED daytime running lights on the front fascia and vertical louver-style active air intakes integrated into the lower front bumper. The side profile showcases black wheel arches, 22-inch dense-spoke alloy wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, and conventional door handles. Sculpted side skirts and pronounced character lines along the doors enhance the vehicle’s muscular stance. At the rear, a new full-width light bar and a diffuser-integrated rear bumper lend a more aggressive, angular appearance. Inside, the cabin features an entirely redesigned three-dimensional center console, equipped with a curved 12.25-inch OLED touchscreen infotainment display, a 14.6-inch fully digital instrument cluster, and a 14.9-inch passenger-side entertainment screen. Numerous physical buttons are retained to ensure intuitive operation. An optional 87-inch AR-HUD (augmented reality head-up display) system is also available. Under the hood, the vehicle is powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 7.4 seconds, with a top speed of 260 km/h—performance enabled by Porsche’s newly developed electric powertrain. In terms of range and charging, all variants come standard with a 114 kWh battery pack supporting 800V high-voltage fast charging, which can replenish the battery from 10% to 80% in only 16 minutes. The vehicle also supports 11 kW wireless charging. Additionally, it features a 600 kW regenerative braking system derived from Porsche’s Formula E racing technology, enabling the electric motors to handle approximately 97% of everyday braking events independently. The motors utilize direct oil-cooling technology, employing a dedicated coolant to dissipate heat from current-carrying components, ensuring sustained high-performance output.
