AITO M8 Tops Plug-in Hybrid Segment with 85.3% Resale Value

According to the "April 2026 China Automotive Residual Value Research Report," released on May 7, 2026, the Aito M8 ranked first among plug-in hybrid vehicles with a residual value rate of 85.3%, making it the only model that month to exceed the 85% mark. Since its launch one year ago, the M8 has delivered over 170,000 units, consistently ranking among the top-selling models in the RMB 400,000 price segment. The Aito M8 offers flexible seating configurations ranging from three to six seats, with an effective interior usable length of 3,510 mm and a cabin space utilization ratio of 67.6%. It is equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS intelligent driving system, featuring dual-path 896-line LiDAR and a total of 38 sensors, enabling all-weather 360° environmental perception. The cabin runs on HarmonyOS, supports multi-screen collaboration, and features a front double-wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension setup.
