Yiren (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed two consecutive pre-Series A funding rounds—Pre-A+ and Pre-A++—each raising hundreds of millions of RMB. The investors were respectively the Shanghai Shulian Fund, managed by Guofang Venture Capital, and the Zigong Artificial Intelligence Fund, managed by Chengdu Jiaozi Capital. The proceeds will be used to advance embodied intelligence R&D, attract top talent, and support the company’s strategic upgrade in the embodied intelligence industry. The company specializes in building PhysicalAI data infrastructure, centered around its self-developed Xinghan Spatio-Temporal Intelligence Large Model. It provides end-to-end data services across multiple domains, including embodied intelligence, autonomous driving, smart transportation, and the low-altitude economy. This large model can automatically identify and extract key spatio-temporal information and integrate multi-source, heterogeneous data, enabling unified processing and transformation of data from diverse origins and formats. Leveraging years of technical expertise and data assets accumulated in autonomous driving, Yiren Technology has achieved commercial breakthroughs in AI data services, generating over RMB 100 million in AI data revenue in 2025. The company is now actively transferring its core autonomous driving technologies to embodied intelligence, with successful deployments across multiple scenarios and secured orders from leading customers.
