In October 2026, TIME magazine unveiled its "Best Inventions of 2026" list, selecting 300 products from thousands of global candidates, with the Denza Z making the cut. The Denza Z is a pure electric model that made its global debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK in July 2026, with a convertible version planned for the fourth quarter as it enters the domestic market. Certain variants of the vehicle are equipped with the fourth-generation MagneRide® magnetorheological suspension system from Jingxi Zhixing. According to the company's official technical specifications, the system achieves a damping adjustment time of 1 millisecond, performs 1,000 damping adjustments per second, has a closed-loop response time of under 10 milliseconds, and offers a damping adjustment range from 10N to over 10,000N. The Denza brand launched testing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in October 2025, with BYD Group's engineering team participating in evaluations of vehicle handling performance, chassis behavior, stability and durability. The Fangcheng S and Fangcheng S GT pure electric sedans launched during the same period debuted with the Yunian-M intelligent magnetorheological suspension, whose core technology comes from Jingxi Zhixing's fourth-generation MagneRide® magnetorheological suspension system. Currently, models under automakers including Changan, Chery, Geely and BYD are equipped with Jingxi Zhixing's MagneRide® magnetorheological suspension system. Jingxi Zhixing operates 8 major R&D centers, 6 major production bases and 2 test tracks, has obtained more than 140 core patents, and has cumulatively produced over 11 million magnetorheological shock absorbers for global automakers. In March 2025, its Shenzhen plant began production of the fourth-generation MagneRide® magnetorheological suspension system; subsequently, the "factory-within-a-factory" supply chain model was implemented at its Zhangjiakou plant, bringing domestic annual production capacity of magnetorheological shock absorbers to 2 million units. Jingxi Zhixing led the formulation of the group standard "Technical Requirements and Bench Test Methods for Magnetorheological Shock Absorbers of Passenger Vehicles."
