212 X03 Plug-in Hybrid Completes MIIT Batch 413 New Product Public Notice Filing

On November 4, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the 413th batch of the "Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products Announcement" new product public notice, and the 212 X03 plug-in hybrid model under 212 completed its filing. The vehicle's exterior remains consistent with the previously filed diesel version, adopting a body-on-frame structure. Filing information shows that the new vehicle measures 5095/2038/1945mm in length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 2950mm, approach and departure angles of 33°/30°, a standard 5-seat layout, a curb weight of 2935kg, and a top speed of 180km/h. The rear features a split tailgate design, with a full-size spare tire mounted externally on the right side, the spare tire cover bearing the 212 logo, and the rear bumper integrating vertical light clusters accented with silver trim. In terms of powertrain, the new vehicle is equipped with a K44TD 2.0T turbocharged gasoline engine supplied by Shenyang Guoqing Power, with a maximum net power of 150kW; the drive motor has a rated power of 57kW and a peak power of 160kW. The energy storage device uses a ternary lithium battery supplied by CATL (Jiangsu) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., supporting external charging. The new vehicle is equipped with ABS and EDR, with an optional ETC onboard device. Optional configurations include wheels of different styles, a towing device (square receiver hitch + electrical connector), a roof-mounted LiDAR, a high-mount brake light, exterior mirrors, side trim panels, an infrared camera, and other components; the maximum permissible towing mass can reach up to 2500kg.
