On November 4, HIMA officially announced an upgrade to its Night Service: customers who book maintenance through Night Service can enjoy free door-to-door vehicle pickup and delivery within 20 kilometers. Authorized HIMA user centers supporting Night Service will extend their after-sales operations into the evening, offering basic maintenance and 24-hour accident vehicle reception, among other services. Currently, HIMA Night Service is available at 467 user centers across 31 provinces and regions. In July 2025, Yu Chengdong, Huawei's Executive Director, Director of the Product Investment Review Committee, and Chairman of the Terminal BG, shared his experience at a HIMA user center in Inner Mongolia, where besides vehicle inspections, customers could also enjoy late-night snacks. At the time, stores supporting this series of services were dubbed "HIMA Grand Hotels" by car owners online. In December 2025, HIMA was reported to have stopped promoting its "Grand Hotel" services and banned free dining, charging, and car wash services. Field tests showed that some user centers still offered free dining services, open only to car owners and requiring advance reservations. In September 2026, AITO officially announced the return of "AITO Grand Hotel," upgrading to offer free off-peak car washes, free windshield washer fluid top-ups, and dining services.
