Shanxi Unveils Urban Parking AI Agent "Bolin" at 2026 China Urban Parking Industry Conference

At the recent 2026 China Urban Parking Industry Conference, Shanxi unveiled "Polin," an urban parking AI agent. The agent is built on the smart parking platform independently developed by Shanxi Construction Investment Static Traffic Company. "Polin" integrates full real-time data from roadside parking spaces, public parking lots, and shared residential community parking spaces, automatically generating urban parking heat maps and parking difficulty indices. It enables flexible parking space planning and pricing strategies, and pushes parking space sharing invitations and estimated earnings to space owners. At the same time, it pushes available parking spaces and plans driving routes for nearby drivers seeking parking. According to the person in charge, the "Polin" AI agent has been measured to increase the average daily turnover rate of parking spaces from 2.1 to 3.5 times, while reducing the comprehensive labor cost per parking space by 60%–70%. Going forward, relevant Shanxi authorities plan to open up application scenarios, platform resources, and interface capabilities to attract various enterprises to join the collaborative network.
