On November 6, M-Hero officially released component-level teardown information for the M-Hero X700, showcasing body structure, chassis protection, cabin materials, and soundproofing details. The M-Hero X700 was launched on October 25, with four models available at a guide price of 219,800 to 279,800 yuan. Customers who lock in orders before November 30 can enjoy a limited-time renewal price starting at 209,800 yuan. In terms of body structure, the X700 features Armor Body 2.0, with a seven-layer A-pillar structure, combined with a 2,200 MPa hot gas expansion tube beam and a hot-formed one-piece door ring. The body torsional stiffness is 42,416 Nm per degree. The roof can withstand a top pressure of 15.5 tonnes, approximately 5.7 times its own weight and three times the national standard. The main structure of the front crash beam uses approximately 52 kg of high-strength aluminum alloy, with 100% coverage width, paired with a multi-stage crash energy absorption design. Laterally, it adopts a one-piece door ring structure, with hot-formed materials applied locally to the sill, and the door side panels feature three layers of reinforced rigid bodies. In terms of chassis protection, the X700 is equipped with a high-position air intake system, with the intake port approximately 2.5 meters above ground and a maximum wading depth of 800 mm. The battery underside features ten-layer chassis armor, combined with high-strength steel skid plates and double-layer polyurea bulletproof coating. The suspension features Rock Chassis 2.0, equipped with dual-chamber air suspension and MRC magnetorheological dampers. The magnetorheological response is approximately 0.001 seconds, completing 1,000 adjustments per second. When the air suspension is raised to its highest, the maximum ground clearance is 328.8 mm, with an approach angle of 37.5 degrees, a departure angle of 38.3 degrees, and a longitudinal pass angle of 31.3 degrees, equipped with a rear axle mechanical differential lock. In terms of cabin and soundproofing, all models come standard with nine airbags, with side curtain airbags supporting 30-second extended pressure retention. Both front and rear rows are equipped with pretensioning force-limiting seatbelts. The seats throughout the vehicle feature 60 adjustable air pockets and 13-layer construction. The front passenger seat supports 127-degree recline and offers ventilation, heating, and multi-level adjustment functions. The interior uses aldehyde-removing materials, and the floor mats use non-woven fabric and sound-absorbing materials. All four doors are equipped with double-layer laminated soundproof glass, and the door panels feature multi-layer sealing material design, combined with soundproofing treatment on the inner window channel walls.
