The all-new AITO M9 series is officially set to launch on May 27, with a pre-sale price range of RMB 499,800 to RMB 669,800. The new model features comprehensive upgrades in technological innovation, exterior design, dimensions, and powertrain systems, incorporating over 140 new technologies. Measuring 5,285 mm in length, 2,026 mm in width, and 1,845 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,125 mm, the M9 offers both five-seat and six-seat configurations. Its exterior adopts a youthful and tech-forward design language, introduces multiple new body colors, and features semi-recessed door handles to reduce aerodynamic drag. In terms of powertrain, the M9 is available in both all-electric and extended-range variants, both equipped with CATL batteries. The extended-range version comes with either a 60 kWh or 75 kWh battery pack, paired with a 1.5T engine and dual motors (front and rear). System peak outputs are rated at 118 kW, 220 kW, and 277 kW respectively, delivering a low fuel consumption of just 6.9 L/100 km under depleted-battery conditions. It offers six variants with pure-electric ranges from 250 km to 335 km (CLTC), achieving a maximum combined range of up to 1,474 km. The all-electric variant features a 120 kWh battery pack, offering a CLTC-rated range of 628 km and also utilizes a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. For chassis technology, the M9 becomes the first Harmony Intelligent Mobility vehicle to feature a fully active suspension system. Equipped with independent actuators, it actively adjusts suspension stiffness and damping in real time, enhanced by road-preview recognition capabilities that sense road conditions ahead and dynamically adapt suspension settings. The chassis also integrates active control and drive-by-wire technologies, retains a full aluminum architecture, and is complemented by intelligent closed-loop air springs and CDC (Continuous Damping Control) variable-damping shock absorbers.
