GAC Honda officially launched the updated Breeze on May 20, offering both gasoline and hybrid powertrains, each available in three trim levels. The refreshed gasoline models are priced from RMB 137,900 to RMB 165,900, while the hybrid variants range from RMB 149,900 to RMB 179,900. The new Breeze retains the current model’s exterior design but introduces a new Lingyu Blue paint option and features new 19-inch alloy wheels. The hybrid version adds blacked-out exterior accents. With dimensions of 4,716 mm (length) × 1,866 mm (width) × 1,681 mm (height), the vehicle also debuts a new gray leather interior. For the first time, the Breeze is equipped with a cloud-based infotainment solution co-developed by GAC Honda and Huawei Cloud, establishing an integrated vehicle-cloud intelligent ecosystem built around “one account, one platform, one space, and one ecosystem.” This system enables seamless, real-time over-the-air updates, allowing new features and applications to be pushed to the vehicle within minutes and enabling native apps from smartphones, tablets, and PCs to be instantly accessible in the car. The infotainment system has been upgraded to Honda CONNECT 4.0, featuring a 12.3-inch color touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay, Huawei HiCar, and Baidu CarLife. The second-row seats offer sliding functionality and 16-step reclining adjustment (up to 32 degrees total). The cabin is enhanced with dual-layer acoustic glass, ANC active noise cancellation, high-density sound-deadening materials throughout, and a 12-speaker Bose audio system. Additional features include heated side mirrors with automatic reverse-tilt-down function, a 360-degree panoramic parking view, and rear doors that open up to a wide 90-degree angle. Under the hood, the gasoline variant is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine delivering 142 kW (190 hp) and 243 N·m of torque, with a combined fuel consumption of 7.41 L/100 km. The hybrid model adopts Honda’s fourth-generation i-MMD hybrid system, combining a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle engine with a two-motor, two-gear e-CVT setup. The engine produces 135 kW (181 hp), achieving a combined fuel consumption of just 5.49 L/100 km.
