The BMW M3 is set for a new generation, with the upcoming model no longer offering a manual transmission. Meanwhile, Honda officially launched its all-electric kei car, the Super ONE, in the Japanese market on May 21. Weighing in at 1,090 kg, it is the lightest vehicle in its class. The car features a widened track—increased by 40 mm to 1,345 mm—fitted with wide tires and enhanced aerodynamic design. Powering the Super ONE is a system that supports a 70 kW “BOOST mode,” complemented by a virtual gear-shifting system and simulated engine sound effects. It delivers a WLTC-rated range of 274 km and can be fast-charged to full capacity in approximately 30 minutes. The vehicle also offers a 1,500 W external power supply function. Interior highlights include standard sport seats, a premium BOSE audio system, a 9-inch Honda CONNECT display, and the Honda SENSING advanced driver-assistance system. The Super ONE is priced at ¥3,390,200 including tax in the Japanese market.
