The all-new AITO M9 officially launched on May 27, with the standard version starting at RMB 479,800 and the Ultimate Ling Shi Extended Edition starting at RMB 649,800. During production, the vehicle incorporates a "factory autonomous driving test" mode, enabling fully unmanned operations from vehicle rollout to warehouse storage. Each vehicle utilizes fully automated micron-level calibration technology to autonomously navigate the inspection line, completing an intensive road test comprising over 100 all-weather autonomous driving scenarios, followed by more than 200 AI-powered commercialization inspections and 350 intelligent self-checks—totaling over 4,400 individual inspections per vehicle—before automatically parking itself in the warehouse, all without any human driver intervention. Traditionally, newly manufactured vehicles require multiple professional drivers to sequentially complete processes such as inspection-line checks, road tests, functional verifications, and parking maneuvers before delivery. In contrast, the AITO M9 integrates its mass-production intelligent driving system with the factory’s automated inspection network, allowing each vehicle to autonomously complete all required tests prior to leaving the factory. The manufacturing facility—Seres Super Factory—has achieved 100% automation in body manufacturing processes, deploying over 3,000 robots. Its stamping, welding, and painting workshops all operate at 100% automation rates and leverage technologies including IoT, big data, digital twin, 5G, and AI to establish a comprehensive “one vehicle, one file” lifecycle quality traceability system.
