On June 1, 2026, the China Ring Tal International Rally concluded. The event covered approximately 7,500 kilometers in total, including around 4,000 kilometers of special stages traversing complex terrains such as deserts, Gobi gravel plains, rocky trails, and saline-alkali flats, while also enduring extreme temperature fluctuations. Nearly 200 teams from around the world participated, with fierce competition in the T2.E Production New Energy category. In this class, driver Nicolás Cavallazo and co-driver Valentina Peltogarini claimed victory in car #251, a Tank 700 Hi4-T, finishing with a total time of 38 hours, 38 minutes, and 43 seconds. Their vehicle led the category from start to finish. The Great Wall Tank 700・K-MAN team secured both first and second places in the class, marking Tank’s third consecutive championship title in the production vehicle category. The competing vehicles were based on the production-spec Tank 700 Hi4-T, equipped with a 3.0T V6 engine and dual electric motors (front and rear), delivering a combined output of 385 kW (approximately 523 horsepower) and 750 N·m of torque. They featured an Mlock mechanical locking system and three differential locks. In compliance with FIA regulations, only essential safety modifications were made, including the installation of a roll cage, racing seats, four-point harnesses, a ballistic-resistant fuel tank, an automatic fire suppression system, upgraded communication and data logging equipment, and replacement of wheels with 17-inch forged rims fitted with 35-inch off-road tires. All other components remained in original factory specification.
