Recent road test footage of the Xiaomi XunTian SUV has surfaced, revealing for the first time its illuminated taillights. The vehicle features a circular taillight design with a gap in the center bottom section, likely reserved for a brand logo light. Turn signals are integrated into both sides of the taillight assembly in vertical strips, offering high visibility when illuminated. Positioned as a full-size family and outdoor SUV, the XunTian boasts a boxy, rugged design that clearly differentiates it from Xiaomi’s sleeker SU7 and YU7 coupe-style models. In addition to the standard version, a pop-up roof camping variant will also be offered. Powering the SUV is a range-extended hybrid system featuring a 1.5-liter turbocharged range extender—potentially supplied by Dongan Power—and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive layout. The vehicle is equipped with a battery pack of up to 80 kWh, delivering an electric-only CLTC range of 400 to 500 kilometers. It supports 800V high-voltage fast charging, capable of adding approximately 300 kilometers of range in just 15 minutes. Battery cells will be supplied by Sunwoda (60%) and CALB (40%).
