German automotive parts platform Autohelden plans to introduce multiple Chinese electric vehicle (EV) brands—including Xiaomi SU7 and YU7, Zeekr, Avatr, and Jetour—into the German and broader European markets via third-party imports. Christoph Wicke, the company’s managing director, stated that preparations are in their final stages, with a target of selling approximately 50,000 Chinese-brand EVs across Europe in its first full year of operations, roughly one-third of which will be sold in Germany. To support this initiative, Autohelden intends to establish between 80 and 100 sales outlets in Germany while limiting the number of dealers to avoid internal competition. Dealers will receive a fixed markup in the double-digit percentage range plus performance-based incentives. Autohelden will manage the entire process from import to delivery, including customs clearance, certification by Germany’s Technical Inspection Association (TÜV), and standardized anti-corrosion treatment for body cavities and chassis on certain models prior to delivery. For after-sales service, Autohelden has partnered with German extended warranty provider Mobile Garantie Deutschland to offer a three-year or 120,000-kilometer warranty, extendable to six years with regular maintenance. Standard spare parts shipments via rail take 25–30 days, while air freight is available for urgent cases. Authorized repair shops must be equipped with diagnostic tools compatible with all four brands. The initial lineup includes the Xiaomi SU7 and YU7; Zeekr 8X and 9X; Avatr 06, 07, 11, and 12; and Jetour Dashing, X70, and T2. Among these, the Jetour Dashing is priced below €30,000, while the gasoline and hybrid versions of the Jetour T2 start at €43,990. Pricing for the remaining models has not yet been disclosed. In response, a spokesperson for Xiaomi Technology Germany explicitly stated that Xiaomi has no commercial relationship whatsoever with Autohelden or its affiliated entity Fleemo and has already initiated legal proceedings to block the importation of Xiaomi vehicles. Wicke countered that the company is fully prepared on all fronts to ensure smooth operations and revealed that some vehicles are sourced directly from Chinese manufacturers, while others are acquired through intermediaries.
