On June 22, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released a public notice seeking comments on two draft mandatory national standards—the "Safety Requirements for Automated Driving Systems in Intelligent Connected Vehicles" and another related standard—as well as the foreign-language version of the draft mandatory national standard for "In-Vehicle Emergency Call Systems in Case of Accidents."
