The GAC Hyper S600 will launch blind pre-orders at the Beijing Auto Show, which opens on April 24. Positioned as a “new luxury intelligent sporty SUV,” the vehicle features a spacious five-seat layout with dimensions of 5,015 mm in length, 1,933 mm in width, and 1,700 mm in height, along with a wheelbase of 2,936 mm. Its exterior design highlights include a dynamic fastback silhouette, a dual-layer ducktail spoiler, an active air intake grille, and 19- or 20-inch low-drag aerodynamic wheels. The model is primarily offered in “Jubilee Red” paint and features a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor enabling advanced driver-assistance capabilities. The front fascia continues Hyper’s “Landscape Realm” family design language with split-type headlights, while the rear integrates ISD intelligent interactive taillights containing 836 LED units capable of customizable lighting animations. Powertrain options include both all-electric and range-extended variants. The range-extended version pairs a 1.5T engine delivering 118 kW of maximum power with a 36.028 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, offering an all-electric CLTC range of 170–180 km. The pure electric variant features a single motor with peak output of 250 kW and offers two battery choices: an 83.326 kWh LFP battery (CLTC range: 660 km) and a 99.456 kWh ternary lithium battery (CLTC range: 800 km). The Hyper S600 also emphasizes full-stack intelligent driving capabilities and flagship-level smart cockpit features.
